Ester.Reglin.Film was founded in January 2008 by Roswitha Ester and Torsten Reglin. We specialize in film and TV development and production and are not afraid of pushing established format boundaries – be it TV series or larger film productions.

A distinguishing element of our work is a detail-oriented approach to story development. To bring our vision to fruition, we employ a holistic, hands-on approach in close collaboration with every department throughout the creative process in order to achieve unique, personal notes in every project, large or small.
